Cookie Wiese

Cookie Wiese is the People Ops Lead at Paradigm. Previously, she was the first HR hire at Brex, where she spent 4.5 years building and leading People Operations, Employee Relations, and serving as a People Partner. Prior to Brex, she worked at high-growth startups Thumbtack and Fitbit. Cookie holds an MFT from the University of San Diego and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Oregon.
